Look Taiwan

When I came to Taiwan I though this is a small island, but weeks after weeks, months after months, years after years your view-point change.

I start to see Taiwan like something different. Different people, food and many things.

I start to see that this country is very powerful and many aspect and is getting bigger and bigger. Well the land still the same but inside the land is getting bigger. New buildings every where. If you go to Taichung you will see how companies are making new and beautiful buildings making the real state a good business.

So my point is when I see the world from Taiwan I am thinking I am in another planet. That is the truth.

 

Feliz Año Nuevo Chino

Esta semana la he pasado de maravilla. He visto muchos lugares en Taiwan que no habia visto antes.

Lo que te puedo de decir de Taiwan es que las personas son diferentes. La comida, existen muchas clases de comida, pienso que unas de las mas famosas esa conocida como Shabu Shabu, basicamente son vegetales que se cocinan en una olla. Mira la foto para que tengas una idea.

Los vegetales son los mismos casi en todos los restaurantes pero tu puedes cambiar es si los quieres de carnes, pollo, carne de cerdo, etc. A muchas personas les cuesta acostumbrarse de la comida hecho así pero pienso que es muy bueno para salud y ademas en épocas de frío es muy bueno comer shabu shabu.  Por cierto el nombre de Shabu Shabu es japonés.

En fin ha sido una larga semana de feriado!
